Applying to CUWiP
Applications for CUWiP 2024 open on Monday, August 28, 2023. You apply to CUWiP centrally, completing the form here by 5:00pm ET on Monday, October 23, 2023. The application to CUWiP is free.
You will receive an email from APS on Wednesday, November 15, 2023. If you are accepted to a CUWiP site, the email will contain instructions on how to register for that site by 5:00pm ET on Wednesday, December 13, 2023. You must register by the deadline or your acceptance will be void.
Registering for CUWiP
Registration requires a $45 fee, which helps offset the cost of the conferences. If your department is not covering the cost, and the $45 would cause financial hardship, you may request a fee waiver form by emailing women@aps.org. Please note, fee waiver requests must be made two days in advance of the registration deadline.
